It is a potent macrolide antibiotic synthesized from tylosin. It maintains low plasma concentrations but strong tissue content. It is recommended for Gram Positive microorganisms and has significant activity for specific Gram Negative bacteria and Mycoplasma. It is recommended to treat acute infections caused by microorganisms: mycoplasma, arcanobacterium pyogenes, pausterella multocida, etc.
